I would like to recommend SMI Group; in 2017, after we conducted a tender and a benchmarking exercise, SMI came out more favourable for multiple reasons, and they are now our main preferred uniform supplier. Just after being selected, my company went through a rebranding. We had to roll out uniforms to every location which included the removal of the old uniforms. I feel the rollout went smoothly due to SMI's hands-on approach. They created an online ordering website which included online training on how to place orders, catalogues for each category which was extremely helpful for the sites, plus they generated spreadsheets to collect the data which made the rollout quite painless. They are quick to respond and will visit sites, bringing fit kits which are helpful during mobilisations - operations find this extremely helpful. I would happily recommend SMI Group as a uniform supplier!
