The start of the year is always seen as a fresh start, and we were fortunate to have our renovations complete at the end of 2024 which meant our head office team came back to a sparkly new space!

Earlier this month we gathered for our annual strategy launch day - an opportunity for the leadership team to share exciting updates, companywide targets, and upcoming developments to the entirety of our head office team with the overall aim of hitting our three-year trajectory and reaching the peak of our SMI journey to the summit!

In response to climate change, SMI are taking responsibility and action to help preserve our planet. At SMI we are implementing the environmental, social and governance (ESG) framework to begin our road map to becoming Net Zero.

Here at SMI, we’re rolling up our sleeves to make a difference, with a goal to be 90% plastic free by 2030. Through doing this, we have made the committed decision to give our gloves a sustainable packaging makeover.
