Alongside building my career at SMI, I've made amazing friends and the fun inclusive environment SMI offers helps to motivate and inspire me.

I love working at SMI as we have such a friendly, enthusiastic and hardworking culture within the business. Whilst we may not see/work with each other all of the time (especially our colleagues in the warehouse), we all come together as a team to achieve the same end goal whilst providing exceptional service to our customers.
